Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though lovely and spacious, had some features like over-bath showers and squeeze bottle soaps that were not very convenient for me due to my spinal injuries and early signs of arthritis. However, the location right next to Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport was extremely convenient for our late-night flight. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was an issue with the breakfast payment confusion and lack of WiFi. The dining was good but on the pricier side, however, being within a short walking distance to Terminal 4 made it very convenient.
